Mr Safety is proud to be able to offer Workcover NSW accredited safety training. We offer both the Workcover Construction Induction or Green Card Course, as well as the OHS Consultation training course for Safety Committee's and Safety Representatives. Workcover NSW accredited safety training courses are regularly conducted in the Sydney metropolitan area. We will also conduct all our Workcover safety training courses in rural NSW, and onsite in your workplace.
Workcover NSW Construction Induction Green Card Training
To obtain employment on a building or construction site in NSW it is a requirement that every worker holds a current Occupational Health & Safety Certificate, or "Construction Green Card" or "Construction White Card" as it is known in the Industry.
The 'Green Card' is compulsory for each person as proof of completion of the "OHS General Induction for Construction Work" safety training.
Workcover NSW Safety Committee Training
The NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 requires all employers to consult with employees on health, safety and welfare issues regardless of how many employees there are in the organisation.
This course is officially known as the course in OHS Consultation Training. This course has been developed by WorkCover NSW to meet the training requirements for OHS committees and OHS representatives, as stated in the OHS Regulation 2001. Our Safety Committee training course can be offered to your employees onsite, or they can attend one of our regular public safety committee training courses.
