Workcover OHS Consultation Training
From January 2012 this course is replaced with the Health and Safety Representative (HSR) Training course.
Particpants who have attended the 4 day OHS consultation course must atend the 1 day HSR Gap course before they are able to exercise the complete range of duties that they have under the NSW Workplace Health and Safety Act 2011.

The NSW Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 requires all employers to consult with employees on health, safety and welfare issues regardless of how many employees there are in the organisation.
This course in OHS consultation has been developed by WorkCover NSW to meet the training requirements for OHS committees and OHS representatives, as stated in the OHS Regulation 2001.
